According to the decision of the Standing Committee of the Phu Lien Ward Party Committee to receive and appoint Mr. Truong Quang Hung - Head of the Office of Consulting, Education and Employment Assistance for People After Drug Rehabilitation in the Community - Hai Phong Youth Volunteer Army to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Ward Party Committee Office.

Mr. Tran Quang Hung - Vice Chairman of Phu Lien Ward People's Committee ceased to concurrently hold the position of Director of Phu Lien Ward Public Administration Service Center from December 22. Mr. Pham Van Quan - Deputy Director of the Ward Public Administration Service Center was appointed to the position of Director of the Ward Public Administration Service Center. Mr. Doan Van Hau - Specialist of the Ward Public Administration Service Center holds the position of Deputy Director of the Ward Public Administration Service Center.

Also according to the decisions of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the ward, Mr. Vu Chi Quan - Specialist of the Ward's Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Ward's Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department; received, transferred and appointed Mr. Tran Quoc Nam - Deputy Chief of the Ward Party Committee Office to the position of Deputy Chief of the Ward People's Council and People's Committee Office; transferred and appointed Ms. Do Thi Thu Trang - Specialist of the Ward Party Committee Office to the position of Deputy Head of the Ward's Department of Culture - Social Affairs from December 22.

On the same day, the Viet Khe Commune Party Committee announced the Decision to appoint the Chief of the Commune Party Committee Office. According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tiem, specialist of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of Viet Khe commune, will hold the position of Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of Viet Khe commune.

Previously, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Viet Khe commune also signed a decision to appoint Mr. Bui Van Dang, Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune, to the position of Director of the Viet Khe Commune Public Service Center; appoint Mr. Vu Thanh Quang, Head of the Economic Department, to the position of Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune.
