Special Envoy General To Lam congratulates General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party

On the afternoon of January 8, in Vientiane, the Special Envoy of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Foreign Affairs led the delegation to congratulate the success of the 12th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and meet with General Secretary of the 12th Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung congratulated Comrade Thongloun Sisoulith on being once again elected to hold the position of General Secretary of the 12th Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, thereby demonstrating the deep trust of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people of Laos, and at the same time acknowledging his great contributions, intelligence and enthusiasm over the past time; firmly believing that, under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, with Comrade Thongloun Sisoulith as General Secretary, the brotherly country of Laos will enter an era of development with new confidence and aspiration, continue to promote the achievements it has achieved, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and successfully complete the goals set by the 12th National Congress; successfully build a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous and prosperous Laos.
