Diversifying forms of propaganda for workers

One of the effective forms of propaganda is the Law Bookcase. To meet the requirements as well as the needs of workers, the City Labor Federation has built 354 bookcases in workers' dormitories; 186 bookcases are equipped at Union relaxation corners and over 2,365 bookcases are equipped at enterprises...

Not only establishing the Bookcase, the Capital Trade Union also regularly adds propaganda documents, leaflets of all kinds, legal advice, life skills... to existing bookcases. Many businesses have also paid attention to investing in and arranging reading rooms and legal bookcases with diverse books, newspapers, and documents for workers.

In reality, the Legal Bookcase provided by the Union in workers' housing areas and at enterprises has contributed significantly to supplementing and improving knowledge of labor law and policies and regimes related to workers.

An example of diversifying propaganda and education methods is that at Matsuo Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd., the Trade Union continuously improves and changes the methods of implementing this work, focusing on implementation right from the groups and Trade Union groups. In addition to the previous direct propaganda methods, improving knowledge for workers is implemented through Zalo, social networks. The company also equips books on legal knowledge so that when workers need it, they can look up them, and when they are at coffee break, they can read books and newspapers.
