Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 to be completed by the end of 2028
The Prime Minister requested relevant agencies to focus resources to strive to complete the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Project by the end of 2028.
The Government Office has just issued Official Letter No. 4889/VPCP-CN dated June 4, 2025, conveying the direction of Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the progress of the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project.
The document stated that, considering the Submission No. 3621/TTr-UBND dated May 22, 2025 of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the Pre-Feasibility Study Report of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project (Project), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the Ministry of Construction, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and relevant agencies to focus resources, speed up the project implementation progress, complete compensation, support, and resettlement work to be completed in June 2026, striving to complete the project by the end of 2028.
According to the Submission of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Ring Road 4 Construction Project is included in the group of important national-level projects implemented in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai province, Binh Duong province, Long An province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
The total length of the entire route is about 159.31km, including the section in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province of 18.23km; Dong Nai 46.08km; Ho Chi Minh City 20.5km; Long An 74.5km.
