On December 18, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut signed documents assigning the authority to sanction administrative violations to 4 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee.
Accordingly, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut authorized Mr. Nguyen Kim Long - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to sanction frequent administrative violations in the fields of state management including: Urban management, housing; Investment management; currency, banking and credit; Trade, market management, import and export.
Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut authorized Mr. Le Truong Son - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to regularly sanction administrative violations in the fields of state management including: Education and Training; Health; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Home Affairs (sector of youth, labor, wages, employment, social insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, meritorious people, gender equality); Information, communication, digital transformation; Press, publishing, radio - television; Social insurance; Religion, ethnicity; Science and technology.
Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut authorized Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to sanction frequent administrative violations in the fields of state management including: Natural Resources and Environment; Agriculture, forestry and rural areas.
Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut authorized Mr. Ho Van Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to regularly sanction administrative violations in the fields of state management including: Construction, water supply, drainage; Transportation; Fire prevention and fighting, rescue.
The decisions are valid from the date of signing the decision to December 31, 2026.
