Hung Yen Provincial Chairman directs to ensure Tet salaries and bonuses for workers
Hung Yen - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests units to prepare good conditions and ensure timely payment of salaries and Tet bonuses to workers.
The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Directive on organizing a joyful, healthy, safe, and economical Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026. The Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee requested Heads of departments, agencies, branches, and mass organizations of the province, based on their assigned functions and tasks, to focus on seriously and synchronously implementing key tasks to organize a safe, healthy, economical and effective Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
Units prepare good conditions to promptly pay salaries and Tet bonuses to employees; organize visits, encouragement, and Tet greetings to policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services, veteran revolutionary cadres, armed forces and forces performing tasks during Tet.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested strict implementation of regulations on civil service culture, discipline, and administrative discipline; strengthen inspection, supervision and strictly handle violating organizations and individuals, especially acts of waste and negativity.
Strictly prohibit the use of public funds and public assets to give Tet gifts; do not organize visits and Tet greetings to superiors; do not use state budget against regulations for festival and entertainment activities; do not drive vehicles after using alcohol and beer; do not encourage superstition and social evils.

In addition, agencies and units strengthen prevention, detection, and strict handling of acts of harassment and causing trouble to businesses and people; create conditions for businesses to stabilize and maintain production and business. During the Tet holiday, arrange sufficient on-duty forces to ensure timely and smooth work resolution, and not to cause administrative procedures to be congested.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested to strengthen the assurance of national defense, security, social order and safety; proactively prevent and promptly handle complex situations; ensure traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention; strictly manage the use of firecrackers and explosives during Tet.
For works and projects, especially key projects, investors direct contractors to pay attention, support, and encourage officials and workers to work throughout Tet to accelerate progress and contribute to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals in 2026.
