In particular, recently, the Party issued extremely important resolutions on institutions, science and technology, private economy, state economy, health, education, culture, etc.
The head of the Government also emphasized the double-digit growth target. This is a difficult problem, but very important to create potential to serve national security, social security, and create a foundation for the country's development.
