Receiving and appointing Mr. Ly Hoang Phong - Head of the Immigration Department of Can Tho City Police, seconded police officer - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the City Department of Foreign Affairs during the period of secondment.
Transfer the work of Mr. Vo Minh Canh - Deputy Director of the City Institute of Economics and Society to the City Cooperative Alliance according to Plan No. 03-PA/DU dated October 31, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City.
Receiving and appointing Mr. Huynh Trung Tru - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Cai Khe Ward People's Council - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the City Institute of Economics and Society, for a term of 5 years from the date of signing.
