The Ministry of Justice announces the decision to transfer and appoint officials
On April 14, at the Conference of the Department level, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh presented the Decision on the transfer and appointment of civil servants to lead a number of units.
According to the Decision, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Director of the Department of Registration of Transactions and State Compensation - holds the position of Director of the Department of Civil and Economic Law;
Mr. Cu Thu Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Dissemination, Education and Legal Assistance - holds the position of Director of the Department of Registration of Transactions and State Compensation;
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Giang - Senior Inspector, Director of the Department of Professional Affairs 2, General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (GDEC) - holds the position of Deputy General Director of the General Department of GDEC;
Ms. Do Thi Thanh Huong - Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Document Development - was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Document Inspection and Administrative Violation Handling Management;
Ms. Dao Thuy Linh - Deputy Chief of the Party Committee Office - was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice;
Ms. Vu Kim Dung - Head of the Department of Cadre Training and fostering and General, Department of Cadre Organization - was transferred to work at the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice.
In his speech assigning tasks, Minister Nguyen Hai Ninh emphasized that all individuals appointed this time are well-trained cadres, with strong political will, good moral qualities, modesty, simplicity, management capacity, high sense of responsibility and have achieved many specific results in their working positions.
In the context of increasingly heavy tasks, increasing workload, and increasingly high requirements, timely staff development is a prerequisite to complete political tasks.
The Minister requested that the individuals who have just been appointed must clearly recognize their responsibilities in their new positions, continue to practice, promote experience, capacity, and solidarity with the unit, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
