The Ministry of Home Affairs issues 5 administrative procedures in the field of employment
The Ministry of Home Affairs has just announced 5 new administrative procedures in the field of employment under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Ministry of Home Affairs issued Decision No. 4/QD-BNV on the announcement of newly issued administrative procedures, abolished in Decree No. 352/2025/ND-CP on employment in the field under the state management functions of this Ministry.
Accordingly, the decision to issue 5 provincial-level administrative procedures in the field of employment, the implementing agency is the provincial People's Committee.
These are: Issuing a business's business license to operate employment services; Reissuing a business license to operate employment services; Extension of business's business license to operate employment services; Revoking the business license to operate employment services of business operating employment services; Withdrawing deposits of business operating employment services.
At the same time, Decision No. 4/QD-BNV also abolishes 5 administrative procedures in Decree No. 352/2025/ND-CP on employment under the state management scope of the Ministry of Home Affairs, with the agency implementing the decision being the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Home Affairs.
