Appointment and transfer of cadres of communes, wards and special zones in Hai Phong

On January 19, Ngo Quyen ward announced decisions on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong - Specialist of the Ward's Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Services Department came to take up the assignment at the Ward Public Administration Service Center, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Ngo Quyen Ward Public Administration Service Center. The appointment was made by Mr. Vu Khanh Tung, Director of the Ward Public Administration Service Center, who was transferred to the People's Committee of Bach Dang Ward.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee also announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hong Sang, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Tran Nhan Tong Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Nguyen Hong Sang was appointed to join the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Defense Command 2 - Kinh Mon, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh was appointed to the position of Commander of the Commune Military Command; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Commune Culture - Social Department. At the same time, Mr. Vu Duy Kien was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Commune Economic Department.

On January 19, Cat Hai Special Zone organized the announcement of the decisions of the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee on personnel work of the Special Forces Military Command. Accordingly, Mr. Le Van Thanh was dismissed from the position of Commander of the Cat Hai Special Forces Military Command; Mr. Pham Quoc Viet was dismissed from the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command (Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Cat Hai Special Forces); Mr. Nguyen Quyet was dismissed from the position of Deputy Commander of the Cat Hai Special Forces Military Command; and Mr. Nguyen Van Diep was dismissed from the position of Assistant to the Military Command of the Special Forces.

The conference also announced the decision of Military Region 3 on the temporary appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trung Quan, Deputy Commander of the 4 - An Lao Region Defense Command (Hai Phong City Military Command) to hold the position of Commander of the Cat Hai Special Forces Military Command.
