The Ministry of Public Security announces 7 administrative procedures on aviation security
The Ministry of Public Security has just announced 7 amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of aviation security assurance.
Politburo member and Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang has signed and issued Decision No. 3177/QD-BCA on promulgating amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of aviation security under the authority of the Ministry of Public Security.
Announced with this Decision are 7 amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of aviation security under the authority of the Ministry of Public Security (with a list and specific content of each administrative procedure and forms as documents for performing accompanying administrative procedures).
Accordingly, the administrative procedures performed by the Immigration Department; the Immigration Department of the Provincial Police is assigned to preside over the work of ensuring aviation security at airports and airports, including:
- Issuing a new security control card for airports and airports with long-term validity;
- Reissue a security control card for airports and airports with long-term validity;
- Issuing security control cards for airports and airports with short-term validity;
- Issuing a new security control license for airports and airports with long-term validity;
- Re-issued a security control license for airports and airports with long-term validity;
- Issuing a security control license for airports and airports with short-term validity.
- Procedures for granting licenses, renewing, supplementing, and restoring the capacity of aviation security control staff (will be carried out by the Immigration Department).
