Ms. Vu Thi Mai Dinh becomes Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Youth Union
Lai Chau - On December 18, the 15th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (TNCS) of the province, term 2025-2030, took place.
Accordingly, the Congress has the action slogan "Solidarity, courage, breakthrough, creativity, development", with 216 official delegates representing nearly 26,000 union members in the province.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union suggested that in the new term, the Youth Union of Lai Chau province should closely follow and concretize the policies of the 13th National Youth Union Congress; attach importance to propaganda, education of the revolutionary action movement and youth development programs. At the same time, build a team of exemplary Youth Union cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, be close to the youth, close to the grassroots, and meet the requirements of tasks in the new development stage.
In the new term, Lai Chau Provincial Youth Union strives to achieve 14 key targets.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lai Chau province, term XV, 2025-2030, consisting of 27 comrades.
At the first meeting, the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lai Chau province elected the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee consisting of 5 comrades.
Ms. Vu Thi Mai Dinh was re-elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lai Chau province, term XV, 2025-2030. Ms. Be Thi Bang was re-elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province.
Also at the Congress, delegates elected the delegation to attend the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union with 13 official delegates and 4 absent delegates.
The Congress voted to approve the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lai Chau province, term 2025-2030.
On this occasion, 1 collective and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the period of 2022-2025 received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee.
