26 public investment projects in Bac Ninh are facing difficulties

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision to establish a working group to resolve difficulties and problems in the implementation of a number of projects using public investment capital in the province.
Accordingly, the team leader is Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Deputy Heads of the Working Group are Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Trung Truc, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office;
Members of the Working Group include: Ms. Truong Ngoc Bich, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Doan, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Nguyen Manh Lan, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The task of the working group is to review, synthesize and classify difficulties and problems in investment procedures, planning, land, site clearance, bidding, capital disbursement... of projects.
At the same time, directly direct and guide investors, People's Committees of communes and wards to implement measures to remove obstacles to speed up the project's progress. Advising and proposing to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee solutions to handle contents beyond the authority of Departments, branches and localities.
The above decision also includes a list of 26 projects facing difficulties and obstacles such as:
Han Thuyen Street (from An Huy Urban Area to Hoang Quoc Viet Street), Bac Ninh City (old); DT.285B Construction Investment Agency (from DT.295, Dong Tien Commune to the new QL.24, old Yen Phong District) and the complete intersection connecting DT.285B with the new QL.2; Road 276 extended to Canh Hung; road connecting QL18 with TL 291 to Nhan Hoa - Phuong Lieu Industrial Park, road to the center of Van Duong Ward...
