Dien Bien - The Women's Committee and the Youth Committee of the Provincial Police have just presented many meaningful gifts to children.

Towards the 81st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026) and preparing for the new school year, the Women's Committee and the Youth Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Police coordinated with philanthropists to organize the presentation of gifts to children being cared for and nurtured at the Compassionate - Friendship Shelter of Dien Bien Provincial Police.

At the program, the delegation presented 197 books, 100 new shirts and many essential gifts to the children.

These gifts contribute to supporting learning and living conditions, and at the same time bring joy and motivation for children to confidently enter the 2026 - 2027 school year.

The Compassionate - Friendship Shelter was established by Dien Bien Provincial Police in 2024, for children in particularly difficult circumstances. The Shelter is taking care of and raising 50 children, including 38 Vietnamese and 12 Lao children.

The gift-giving activity before the new school year shows the concern and companionship of organizations and individuals with Dien Bien Provincial Police in caring for, educating and protecting children.

Thereby, contributing to helping children have more conditions to study, live, rise up in life and feel more clearly the love and sharing from the community.

This is also a practical activity contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual affection, joining hands to care for children in especially difficult circumstances, so that the "House of Compassion - Friendship" truly becomes a common home for children.
