Previously, on August 18, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Minh (born in 1984, residing in Phuoc Hau commune, Khanh Hoa province) picked up a leather wallet containing personal papers and cash.

After picking up the property, Mr. Minh brought the wallet to D'Ran Commune Police to hand over, requesting functional forces to verify and find the person who dropped it to return it.
