"Border Spring - Love Tet" program in Lam Dong border area

On January 17, 2026, in Quang Truc commune, the Social Work Group "Friends" coordinated with the Youth Union of Saigon Tobacco Company, the Youth Union of Binh Dan Hospital and local authorities to organize a charity program with the theme "Spring Border - Tet of Love".

The program implements many practical activities to care for the material and spiritual life of people in border areas. The medical team and doctors organized free medical examinations and medicine for 300 people, contributing to raising awareness of health care and providing timely support to those in difficult circumstances.

Along with that, the Organizing Committee presented 300 Tet gifts to poor households and disadvantaged families, each worth VND500,000 (including VND300,000 in necessities and VND200,000 in cash). At the same time, 70 scholarships, each worth 2 million VND, were awarded to poor students who overcame difficulties and studied well, to encourage their spirit during the coming of Tet and Spring.

The program also presented gifts and essential living tools to officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Station, demonstrating the concern and encouragement of the forces that are day and night protecting the sovereignty of the border.

At the program, many exchange activities and community activities were also organized such as children's playgrounds, Central Highlands gong exchanges, visiting historical sites and local tourist attractions, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere.
