Previously, at about 10:55 am on the same day, during patrol and control on National Highway 28, when reaching Km226+700, passing through Quang Son commune, Lam Dong province, the task force discovered a woman fainting lying on the side of the road.

The woman had just returned from working in the fields, showing signs of shortness of breath, fainting and weak health.

Recognizing the dangerous signs, the traffic police force immediately stopped the vehicle, approached and performed initial first aid.
