Ms. Le Ngoc Anh re-elected as Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union
Thanh Hoa With a high number of votes of confidence, Ms. Le Ngoc Anh, the youngest member of the Provincial Party Committee, was re-elected as Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term.
On December 29, at the 25B Conference Center (Hac Thanh Ward), the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thanh Hoa province solemnly held the 20th Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.
The congress was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union; representatives of the leaders of Thanh Hoa province, departments, branches and 360 delegates representing nearly 1 million union members and young people in the whole province.
At the congress, the Organizing Committee informed the results of the first working session, electing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thanh Hoa province for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 49 people. Ms. Le Ngoc Anh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa Province - continued to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress also elected an official delegation to attend the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 20262031, including 16 official delegates and 5 absent delegates.
According to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thanh Hoa province, in the period of 2022-2025, under the close leadership and direction of the Central Youth Union Secretariat, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the attention and facilitation of Party committees and authorities at all levels, Thanh Hoa youth has clearly promoted the role of the Party's reliable reserve team, the shock force in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense - security and international integration, contributing significantly to the overall development of the province.
Political, ideological, ethical and lifestyle education for young people continues to be valued with many rich and creative contents and forms, associated with the application of information technology and digital transformation.
Revolutionary action movements have developed widely and practically, spreading in the community. Since the beginning of the term, the whole province has implemented 42,816 projects and youth work, attracting more than 3.6 million young people to participate, with a total estimated resource of over VND59.3 billion.
Voluntary activities are widely, diversely and flexibly deployed, leaving a positive mark in the community. From 2022 to present, the Youth Union at all levels in the province has presented 60,000 gifts; mobilized 26,000 union members and young people to donate 17,000 units of blood; provided free medical examinations and medicine to nearly 20,000 people; mobilized social security resources over 40 billion VND; established 448 youth volunteer teams with 8,560 participants, supporting nearly 20,000 people.
The "Creative Youth" movement has gradually gone into depth, promoting intellectual potential and digital transformation among young people. Since the beginning of the term, the whole province has organized more than 2,300 initiatives, with over 120,000 ideas and initiatives proposed; hundreds of solutions participating in technical innovation competitions, many projects winning high prizes in the country and internationally.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam acknowledged and praised the results and efforts of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thanh Hoa province in the past term; at the same time, he suggested that the Youth Union at all levels continue to innovate the content and form of revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle and culture for the younger generation.
Along with that, it is necessary to research and propose new solutions and methods to create strong changes in the quality of the Youth Union's activities and the quality of the Youth Union's activities; thoroughly overcome the situation of "beautiful reporting but thin results". Innovating methods of operation, especially innovating the monitoring, evaluation, and classification of groups and union members in a practical and transparent manner through digital tools.
In the new term, the delegation ministries at all levels of Thanh Hoa province are required to do a good job of personnel work, building a team of delegation cadres to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period. The Youth Union cadres must be close to the youth, close to the grassroots, strongly connect in the digital space, proactively listen, regularly dialogue, be exemplary and dare to take full responsibility for the results of assigned work.
Ms. Le Ngoc Anh, born in 1994, from Hoang Phu commune, Thanh Hoa province; has a bachelor's degree in English Language, a master's degree in economics, and a senior political theory.
On October 14, 2025, at the 9th Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee Conference, term XIX, 2022-2027, Ms. Le Ngoc Anh was elected to hold the position of Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union for the term 2022-2027 with 100% of the votes in agreement.
At the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 20252030, Ms. Le Ngoc Anh was elected to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee with a high number of votes of confidence and was the youngest member of the Provincial Party Committee for the term at the age of 31.
