Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Ninh Binh People's Procuracy was transferred to be Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Thanh Hoa People's Procuracy
Thanh Hoa - On December 23, the People's Procuracy of Thanh Hoa province held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision of the Supreme People's Procuracy on personnel work.
Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; and representatives of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and sectors at the provincial level.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Quang Hai - Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy.
Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy and Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee presented the decision and presented flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy.
Speaking at the assignment, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Ho Duc Anh congratulated Mr. Le Quang Hai on being entrusted with the new task; at the same time, emphasizing that this is an honor but also a great responsibility for Mr. Hai personally.
The Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy suggested that in his new position, Mr. Le Quang Hai should promote a sense of responsibility, maintain professional qualities; constantly improve his professional qualifications, ethics, and lifestyle; promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, solidarity, and unity in the collective to successfully carry out assigned tasks.
In particular, focus on implementing well the plans and tasks of the Supreme People's Procuracy; improve the quality of handling civil and administrative cases; prevent and combat injustice and prevent criminals from being left unnoticed. Proactively coordinate and grasp the crime situation; fight to handle the right people, the right crimes, the right laws; contribute to ensuring political stability, order, and social safety. With the collective leadership of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, closely coordinate with local judicial agencies to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Head of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, Le Quang Hai, expressed his gratitude for the trust and confidence of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches.
