Awarding 300 million VND to support people in the Central region affected by floods
HCMC - The Trade Union and the Youth Union of DIC Group visited and presented gifts worth a total of VND300 million to support people affected by floods.
On November 27, DIC Group Trade Union said it had organized a delegation to visit and present gifts to support people in the Central region affected by floods.
Thereby, the Trade Union and the Youth Union of DIC Group visited 3 communes and wards (Tuy An Dong commune, Tuy Hoa ward, Hoa Hiep ward) in Dak Lak province. At each destination, the delegation presented 100 gifts (worth 1 million VND/gift), drawn from contributions from union members and employees of DIC Group to support people in difficult circumstances; along with gifts promoted by other units.
Previously, DIC Group Trade Union launched a campaign to support people who suffered heavy losses due to storms and floods, and received enthusiastic support from union members and workers.
According to the DIC Group Trade Union, the activity aims to promptly share difficulties with people affected and damaged by floods; Contributing to helping people soon stabilize their lives and overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
