Enterprises donate nearly 800 million VND to help people overcome the consequences of storms and floods

HCMC - The collective of employees and CASUMINA Company contributed nearly 800 million VND to support people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

On October 16, Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - Chairman of the Trade Union of Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA) - said that after 4 days of launching, the company's labor collective has contributed nearly 82 million VND to support people in the provinces affected by storms and floods.

Previously, CASUMINA allocated 400 million VND (equivalent to each employee donating one day's basic salary) from the company's Social Security Fund to support people in the provinces affected by the recent storms and floods.

CASUMINA also donated 200 million VND to the people of Tien Luc commune, Bac Ninh province and contributed 100 million VND through the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee to support people in the provinces affected by storms No. 10 and 11.
