Quang Ngai union members travel hundreds of kilometers to bring relief gifts to Dak Lak flooded areas
Quang Ngai - The Trade Union of Thuyen Nguyen Import-Export Trading Company Limited presented 2,200 kg of rice, warm clothes, blankets and support money to people in flooded areas of Dak Lak.
On December 1, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Thuyen Nguyen Trading Import-Export Company Limited (Quang Ngai) had mobilized more than 35 million VND in cash to buy nearly 2,200 kg of rice to support people in flooded areas.
In addition, the grassroots trade union also allocated 10 million VND from the Trade Union Fund to directly support schools in Dak Lak province; the enterprise also donated more than 1,000 new warm coats and 452 new blankets.
Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Deputy Director of the Company - as Head of the delegation, together with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Thuyen Nguyen Import-Export Trading Company Limited, directly brought meaningful gifts to hand to people in Dak Lak affected by floods.
