Dong Tien Joint Stock Company mobilizes workers to donate more than 200 million VND to support the Cuban people

According to Dong Tien Joint Stock Company, responding to the call of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front and following the document of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, the company's Board of Directors has coordinated with the Executive Committee of the company's Trade Union to announce the organization of a fundraising event to support the Cuban People's Friendship.

In just a short time, from August 22 to August 30, 2025, with the enthusiastic support of the company's staff, the result was that the entire Dong Tien Joint Stock Company had donated more than the original target and reached nearly 214 million VND.

The total amount was transferred directly by the company to the account of the Vietnam Red Cross Society.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang - General Director of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company said: The symbolic awarding ceremony of the total donation of nearly 214 million VND, demonstrating the charity, compassion and noble gestures of the company's staff supporting the Cuban people in difficulty; Hopefully, the above amount, when combined with the total donation of the whole country, will contribute to reducing some of the difficulties that the Cuban people are experiencing.

Dong Tien Joint Stock Company is a company specializing in the production and export of garments, with a scale of 4 garment factories with more than 6,000 employees. The company has also signed an order until the end of 2025, ensuring continued stable production and employment for workers.

The symbolic awarding ceremony of nearly 214 million VND donated to support the Cuban people was held at the Conference to merge the Veterans Association of Binh Phuoc province (formerly) and Dong Nai province (formerly) held at Dong Tien Joint Stock Company on September 6. This conference also agreed to elect Mr. Le Huy Hoang to the position of Chairman of the Dong Nai Province Veterans Association after the merger.
