The X03 Department Trade Union (People's Public Security Trade Union) currently has 21 union members, operating in 2 union groups.

In the period of 2023-2025, the Trade Union of Department X03 organized many effective social and charity activities, spreading the beautiful image of the People's Public Security soldiers in many localities.

In particular, the X03 Department Trade Union also integrates political activities with social activities. Accordingly, organizing political activities at the Security Department of Zone 5 combined with giving gifts at 19.8 Secondary School (Da Nang) worth 48,000,000 VND. Organize political activities on resources, give gifts, and give books to police in border communes in Nghe An and Lai Chau provinces worth 60,000,000 VND, including: 65 sets of grade 4 textbooks; 1 set of water purifiers; 2 sets of blankets, curtains and legal bookcases for officers and soldiers of Pa Ve Su Commune Police (Lai Chau); 4 sets of blankets, curtains and more than 200 sets of curtains to the People's Committee and people of Pa Ve Su Commune...
