Gia Dinh People's Hospital Trade Union donates more than 100 million VND to the Cuban people

At the program, officials and workers reviewed touching footage of the traditional solidarity, special friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba over the past 65 years.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hai - Hospital Director emphasized: The Vietnam - Cuba relationship has become a model symbol of pure and strong international solidarity. The launch is not only a means of material support but also a continuation and spreading the traditional of friendship between the two peoples.

Responding to the meaningful call, the collective of cadres, union members and workers of the hospital voluntarily contributed a total of VND 104,504,000 to support the Cuban people. The entire amount will be transferred by Gia Dinh People's Hospital to the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society to send to the Cuban people. This activity is also carried out based on Official Dispatch No. 3392/LDLD dated September 9, 2025 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation on mobilizing support for the Cuban people.

This is a practical action demonstrating the morality of "love others as you love yourself" as well as the political responsibility and noble international affection of the Gia Dinh People's Hospital.
