Trade Union of Tam Tri General Hospital, Da Nang supports Mother Ho Thi Phong
Da Nang - Trade Union of Tam Tri General Hospital receives support for Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Phong.
News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on February 13th said: Responding to the "Gratitude" movement launched by the Da Nang City Labor Federation, Cam Le Ward Trade Union and Tam Tri General Hospital Trade Union organized a delegation to visit and support Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Phong.
Mother Ho Thi Phong currently lives in Chau Phong 1 Quarter, Dien Ban Bac Ward, Da Nang City. Her husband and son both sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, being a typical example of patriotism and noble sacrifice of revolutionary families.
At the visit, representatives of Cam Le Ward Trade Union and Tam Tri General Hospital Trade Union inquired about Mother's health and daily life, and sent New Year greetings, wishing Mother always good health and happy life with her children and grandchildren.
On this occasion, representatives of the Trade Union presented the first phase of support funds with an amount of 6 million VND, mobilized from the contributions of officials and union members at the unit.
The activity of receiving and supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers demonstrates the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", which is a meaningful and practical work of the trade union organization in gratitude work, contributing to caring for the lives of policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the area. Thereby, continuing to educate revolutionary traditions, spirit of responsibility and gratitude in the team of officials, union members, and workers.
