An Giang Samho union members and workers are bustling with Tet atmosphere in workshops

These days, the Spring atmosphere at the workshops of An Giang Samho Company Limited has become bustling and joyful. Union members and workers are excited to decorate their factories with lanterns and Spring miniatures, creating a warm working space. That exciting atmosphere not only contributes to improving the spiritual life of employees but also spreads the spirit of emulation of good workers, creative workers, determined to successfully complete production and business tasks at the end of the year.

According to the Trade Union of An Giang Samho Company Limited, in order to promptly care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the Trade Union has closely coordinated with the Board of Directors of the company to carry out many practical and meaningful activities, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere throughout the unit.

On the eve of the Lunar New Year, the Company's Trade Union organized a Workers' Sports Festival to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress, attracting over 400 union members and employees from workshops and departments to participate.

The sports festival was organized enthusiastically with many suitable competitions, creating a healthy playground, contributing to health training, enhancing the spirit of solidarity, exchange, and attachment between union members and employees throughout the company. Thereby creating motivation for emulation of production labor in the last months of the year.

The Company's Trade Union has developed and implemented a Plan to organize the "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" Program in 2026. Mr. Vo Thanh Nha - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union said: According to the plan, the program will be held on the evening of February 6, 2026 (December 19) at Xuong A football field, with the participation of leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, local leaders, the company's Board of Directors and a large number of union members and employees working at the unit.

The program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang" in 2026 includes many rich and practical contents such as awarded folk games, cultural exchanges, the "Tran Doctor Song Samho 2026" contest, Spring Ao Dai performance, giving Tet gifts to union members and employees in difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, policy families and a lucky draw program with many valuable gifts.

Mr. Vo Thanh Nha said: Through activities such as sports festivals and the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng", the Union hopes to bring union members and workers a warm and full Tet. Thereby demonstrating the concern and support of the Trade Union organization, helping employees feel secure in their work and stay with the enterprise for a long time".

Along with activities organized by the Trade Union, the Board of Directors of An Giang Samho Company Limited has issued a notice on the Tet holiday schedule, Tet bonuses and salary increase plan for 2026, showing concern and support for employees. Accordingly, employees will have a Lunar New Year holiday from February 15, 2026 to February 22, 2026, and return to work on February 23, 2026.

Regarding Tet bonuses, the company will pay 100% of Tet bonuses on February 12, 2026 through employees' bank accounts. The bonus is calculated based on actual working time, in which the lowest bonus is 300,000 VND.

In addition, the company also implements many practical forms of care such as giving Tet gifts in cash worth VND 200,000/person, lucky lucky money at the beginning of the year VND 100,000/person to employees who are still working until February 27, 2026. The grassroots trade union will organize Tet gifts for union members on February 10, 2026 and a lucky draw of VND 100,000/united member on February 12, 2026.

Notably, from the beginning of 2026, An Giang Samho Company Limited has implemented a basic salary increase for all employees with an increase of VND 280,000/person, applicable from January 1, 2026. Thereby creating more motivation for them to feel secure in sticking with and contributing long-term to the business.
