Company in Ho Chi Minh City rewards ceremony to show gratitude to more than 1,000 employees
Ho Chi Minh City - An export kitchen cabinet manufacturing company in Tan Hiep ward will reward more than 1,000 workers in gratitude.
On April 22, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Asia A Chau Door Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the unit is coordinating with the company to implement a plan to organize activities to show gratitude to workers on the occasion of major national holidays.
During the upcoming holiday, the grassroots trade union and the company will organize activities to celebrate the Hung Kings Commemoration Day (March 10th of the lunar calendar), Southern Liberation Day (April 30th) and International Labor Day (May 1st).
During this holiday, on April 26, the grassroots trade union will organize a tug-of-war contest for all workers. The company will award large prizes for workers to celebrate. Two first prize winning teams will be awarded 15 million VND each, 2 second prize winning teams will be awarded 8 million VND each. In addition, 20 consolation prize winning teams will be awarded 5 million VND each.
Immediately after the sports festival ends, the grassroots trade union will organize an outdoor party for all workers to enjoy and chat.

Notably, during this holiday, the company decided to reward gratitude to employees. Specifically, each worker will be rewarded 300,000 VND. For employees, technical staff, team leaders, and experts, they will be rewarded from 400,000 VND to 3 million VND.
The grassroots trade union has proposed and been approved by the Company's Board of Directors to implement the above activities to celebrate major national holidays. Through this activity, the company wants to express gratitude to employees who have always promoted the spirit of responsibility and completed all assigned tasks well.
