180 athletes compete at An Nghia Commune Trade Union sports tournament
Phu Tho - An Nghia Commune Trade Union has just organized a tug-of-war and sack race for union members and workers.
On April 19, An Nghia Commune Trade Union organized the opening ceremony of the 2026 Sports Tournament for union members and workers with tug-of-war and sack jumping events.
The tournament is an activity to celebrate Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health, towards celebrating Southern Liberation Day April 30 and International Labor Day May 1.
At the same time, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, strengthening exchanges and solidarity, contributing to health training among workers, civil servants, and laborers; responding to the campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho" with the goal of "Healthy to build and protect the Fatherland".
The tournament attracted more than 180 athletes, heads of delegations, coaches and a large number of fans from grassroots trade unions to participate, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for the sports festival of local workers.
