Trade unions organize football tournaments in union members and workers

On April 13, DIC Group Trade Union said that it had coordinated with the Youth Union and businesses to organize the opening ceremony of the Traditional Sports Football Tournament 2026 in the collective of union members and workers.

Expected to take place until April 19, the football tournament gathers more than 70 players from 6 units to participate, divided into 2 round-robin groups. After that, the top 2 teams of the groups will compete for the championship position. Right after the opening ceremony, the teams began to enter exciting and dramatic competitions.

According to the Organizing Committee, this is a practical activity to celebrate the 36th anniversary of the establishment of the enterprise; responding to the launch of the Trade Union emulation movement accompanying workers' health.

Through the football tournament, it contributes to promoting the movement of physical training and sports, improving the spiritual life and health of officials, employees, union members, and workers; creating a healthy playground for exchange, learning and strengthening the spirit of solidarity between units.
