Production emulation to celebrate the success of the 14th Congress

Emulation atmosphere spreads from factories and construction sites

In Tang Loong Industrial Park - the "industrial capital" of Lao Cai, production lines are still on fire all day and night.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, a equipment operator at a chemical factory in the industrial park, shared: After the 14th Congress, all workers told each other to work better and be more disciplined. Emulation is not a big deal, but it is about following the correct process, ensuring safety, and improving the productivity of each production shift".

At the construction site of the inter-regional road upgrade in the Northern mountainous region, groups of workers worked through the day to keep up with the set progress.

At enterprises, many production teams have registered for "part-time activities to celebrate the 14th Congress" such as voluntary overtime, improving technical operations, and proposing small but practical initiatives.

To make the emulation movement go into depth and avoid formality, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor has directed grassroots trade unions to promote familiar but effective emulation movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Safe", "Emulation to exceed the production - business plan", associated with caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers.

Immediately after the Congress, trade unions at all levels in the province simultaneously launched a labor emulation movement with new spirit and new determination. The competitive climate is clearly demonstrated in each factory, construction site, and production team; union members and workers strive to exceed the assigned plan, said Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - President of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation.

Expecting a prosperous and happy life

These days, all the roads from the central area to the highland villages of Tuyen Quang province are covered with colorful flags, banners, and banners welcoming the Congress. The success of the 14th National Congress of the Party has been spread, arousing the aspiration to rise up of the people at the head of the Fatherland.

Worker Nguyen Thanh An (Long Binh An Industrial Park) said that these days, everyone is looking towards the Congress, having faith in the Party's leadership. It is expected that the major decisions passed by the Congress will continue to lead the country to strong development.

As a direct worker in production at Dien Bien Cement Joint Stock Company (Nam Mon Commune, Dien Bien Province), Ms. Ca Thi Thu expressed her absolute confidence in the Congress's wise work in personnel work.

Ms. Thu hopes that along with the overall development of the country, the production and business activities of enterprises will be more favorable, thereby Dien Bien Cement Joint Stock Company will have the conditions to increase salaries and improve welfare so that employees can feel secure in their commitments.

Sharing the same excitement, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoang - Chairman of the Dien Bien Phu Ward Union said that union members and workers in the ward feel very proud that the province has 2 comrades elected to the 14th Party Central Committee.

"We believe that the Congress will have practical decisions, paying more attention to the issue of job creation, improving income and material and spiritual life for workers," Mr. Hoang emphasized.

Looking forward to breakthrough decisions

Mr. Trang A Chu in Hua Tat village, Van Ho commune, Son La province confided that in recent years, the lives of the H'Mong people in the village have improved a lot thanks to the good implementation of the Party's policies, especially the application of high science and technology in agricultural production and community tourism development.

His family currently earns more than 1 billion VND per year from growing fruit trees according to the VietGAP process combined with tourism services. He expressed his hope that after the Congress, the Party will continue to make breakthrough decisions, creating stronger momentum for economic development in remote areas, ethnic minority areas.

Sharing the same belief, Ms. Quang My Hanh, a worker at Yen Chau Shoes Joint Stock Company, expressed her confidence in the Party's policies in the field of labor, employment, caring for the lives of workers and laborers, contributing to ensuring social security and sustainable development.

At the front line of the border, Lieutenant Colonel Muon Lao Thang, Political Commissar of Muong Lan Border Guard Station, affirmed his confidence and absolute support for the Party's consistent viewpoint on protecting the Fatherland, maintaining independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity; maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for the country to develop rapidly and sustainably.
