Mr. Tan Minh Long holds the position of Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation

On December 22, the 13th Dien Bien Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, elected an Executive Committee consisting of 14 comrades (1 comrade is defective).

At the first conference, the 13th Executive Committee elected a Standing Committee consisting of 4 comrades (1 comrade short of).

Mr. Tan Minh Long - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the 12th Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor was elected to re-elect the position of Chairman of the 13th Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor, term 2025-2030.

Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong was elected to hold the position of Vice President of the 13th Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor, term 2025-2030.

The Inspection Committee of the new Provincial Federation of Labor consists of 4 comrades (1 comrade is short). The title of Chairman of the Inspection Committee will be appointed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

7 comrades attended the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026-2031 (1 course, 6 elected at the Congress).

The 13th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, has the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".

For the 2025-2030 term, the Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor aims to develop and admit over 2,000 new union members; strive for 80% of enterprises with 10 or more stable employees to have a union organization.

By the end of the term, strive for over 85% or more of enterprises and units with trade unions to sign collective labor agreements.
