The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament will open on September 25 in Hanoi

The document stated that the Organizing Committee of the tournament has issued a Charter and agreed on the time of organization as follows: draw, group division: September 16, 2025.

Opening of the tournament and competition of the Northern qualifying round: September 25 - 28, 2025 in Hanoi City.

Southern qualifying round: October 9 - 12, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.

National final round and closing ceremony: October 24 - 26, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requests that provincial and municipal Labor Federations, central and equivalent industry unions, and corporation unions under the General Confederation of Labor disseminate and disseminate the Charter of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 to participating teams and strictly implement the regulations in the Charter.

In addition, unregistered units have actively directed grassroots unions and worked with units and enterprises to select teams to participate in the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament.

Registrants participating in completing the registration documents according to regulations (in Section 5, Article 7 of the Charter) should send the original to the Organizing Committee and at the same time send the soft copy via email: giaibongda congnhanvienchucvn@gmail.com with the following timelines:

For teams participating in the Northern qualifying round: Submit documents before September 15, 2025; for teams participating in the Southern qualifying round: Submit documents before September 29, 2025.
