Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation visits and supports the family of a female worker with severe burns
On September 9, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation visited and supported the family of a female worker who suffered severe burns.
The working delegation of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union led by Ms. Pham Thi Quyen - Permanent Vice President of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor visited and encouraged the family of Ms. Pham Thi Huong (under the Trade Union of Cheng Da Company Limited) whose body was burned 79% and her two children Huong (a 13-year-old girl was burned 49%, a 5-year-old boy was burned 79%).
At the visit, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation presented support of 20 million VND from the Golden Heart Fund to help Ms. Huong's family overcome difficulties.
Along with that, the Trade Union of Cheng Da Company Limited mobilized workers to contribute 160 million VND and the company's Board of Directors to support an additional 120 million VND, bringing the total support amount for Ms. Huong's family to more than 280 million VND.
This is a practical activity, demonstrating the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization and the collective of workers, to add more determination for Ms. Huong's family to overcome the incident and soon stabilize their lives.
