In early February, Vinh Long organized the Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang in 2026

The Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor has just issued a Plan No. on organizing the "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" Program in 2026, to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.

The program is scheduled to take place at 7:30 a.m. on February 8, 2026 (December 21 of the lunar calendar) at Con Phung Tourism and Trade Services Company Limited (Hamlet 10, Phu Tuc commune), with the motto "All union members and workers have Tet".

The scale of the program is about 800 delegates, including 700 workers from grassroots trade unions in the old Vinh Long, Ben Tre and old Tra Vinh areas. Priority subjects are union members from poor households, near-poor households, people with diseases of the drug, people in especially difficult circumstances or those who do not have the conditions to return home for Tet.

The program includes a Festival with awarded folk games; a Ceremony with lion dance, art, reporting the results of caring for workers in 2025 and giving Tet gifts to workers attending.

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation said that the program aims to share difficulties and encourage the spirit of union members and workers during Tet; thereby affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying workers.

According to Mr. Linh, organizing "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" also contributes to creating a warm and cohesive atmosphere, helping workers feel secure at work, stabilize their lives, and continue to stick with the enterprise after Tet.
