Ensure that grassroots trade unions in Kien Hung ward complete the Congress before December 15

To achieve the set goals and ensure the organization of the Congress, the Hung Architectural Army organizes and directs the organization of the 2025-2030 Grassroots Congress exclusively for specialized military groups; Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and members of the Standing Committee of the Trade Union Grassroots at units and enterprises in the ward.

The military organizations can convey the direction of China, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the City Party Committee, and the Hanoi City Labor Federation on the organization of grassroots Trade Union Congresses towards the City Trade Union Congress and the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The requirements are to be the basis for synthesizing the implementation of the Resolution of the past term, setting out new directions and tasks; giving opinions on amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; Electing Executive Committees and management positions of the Armed Forces for the 2025 - 2030 term.

To prepare well for the Congress, military organizations need to prepare adequate personnel, political reports, and Congress records, ensuring the correct Party leadership principles, progress, economy, and efficiency.
