Ha Tinh Urban Environment Company ensures income and benefits for workers
Ha Tinh - Ha Tinh Urban Environment Company is determined to accompany, care for, and ensure the rights of workers.
On January 11, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company had just held a conference to summarize activities in 2025 in conjunction with the 2026 Labor Conference.
In 2025, in the face of many difficulties, the collective of union officials, union members, and workers of the company united, made efforts to complete and exceed the plan: revenue reached nearly 148 billion VND (1 10% of the plan); pre-tax profit reached 9 billion VND (111%); paid 8 billion VND (1 20%) to the State budget. The average income of workers reaches 8 million VND/person/month; social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regimes are fully implemented with the amount of 6.7 billion VND.
At the conference, the Company launched an emulation movement in 2026, signed an emulation agreement between units and a collective labor agreement between the Board of Directors and the Trade Union, affirming the companionship in caring for the rights of workers.
On this occasion, the Company's collective was honored to receive the Government's Excellent Emulation Flag; many collectives and individuals were awarded by all levels for their outstanding achievements in 2025.
