The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a political event of special significance, opening a new stage of development for the country in the context of many opportunities and challenges.
Sharing that exciting atmosphere, union members and workers in Dak Lak province expressed their high expectations and expressed their confidence in the major decisions of the Congress, hoping that the Party will continue to lead the country to rapid and sustainable development, ensuring progress and social justice.

Dak Lak province currently has about 60,000 union members and workers. Among them, there are many workers who are ethnic minorities working in industrial parks and clusters.
Ms. Ksor H' Vo, a worker at Tan An Industrial Cluster, said that workers expect the 14th Congress to propose breakthrough policies and guidelines to develop the economy quickly and sustainably, especially for areas with many difficulties such as the Central Highlands.
According to Ms. H' Vo, workers hope that the Central and local governments will pay attention to implementing many social housing projects, helping workers in difficult circumstances settle down, feel secure in sticking with and contributing to businesses.
Along with that, the regional minimum wage needs to continue to be adjusted appropriately, gradually improving income, meeting the daily living needs of workers.
The confidence of Dak Lak workers in the 14th Congress is also demonstrated through the expectation that the Party will continue to improve the social security policy system, increasingly better protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

Mr. Pham Van Truong, a worker in Hoa Phu Industrial Park, expressed his hope that the upcoming Party Congress will have more practical decisions for workers' lives, from wages, social insurance, health insurance to housing, safe working conditions and a healthy working environment.
He believes that with the right guidelines and the viewpoint of "taking people as the center", the Party will have fundamental solutions so that no one is left behind.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that in the coming time, trade unions at all levels in the province will continue to participate in building a clean and strong Party; at the same time, promoting the role of a bridge between the Party and the working class and laborers.
According to Mr. Thanh, trade unions at all levels will actively introduce outstanding union members to the Party, participate in social criticism, give comments on building the government, and contribute to the political and social stability of the locality.
These activities will help union members and workers better understand their position, role and responsibility as well as that of trade unions in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, while enhancing the prestige and position of trade unions in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country.
