Vinh Long Labor Union promotes digital transformation

On January 7, the Executive Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) held the 1st Conference, term I, 2025-2030. This is a session of special significance, laying the foundation for the operation of the new apparatus and implementing political tasks right after the Provincial Trade Union Congress.

At the conference, delegates focused on researching, discussing and giving opinions on documents after the Provincial Trade Union Congress, focusing on the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Congress and the full-term working program.

The conference also considered the decision to issue regulations, assign tasks to the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee; programs, thematic plans and document systems to serve the 2025 Summary Conference. Focus on contributing opinions to the communication program associated with digital transformation, building a "Digital Trade Union" and managing "digital union members" in the period from 2026 to 2030.

Delegates analyzed the plan to develop union members, establish grassroots unions and build a team of professional, brave and dynamic union officials in the new situation.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - emphasized the proud results of 2025 despite having to go through a period of merger and organization arrangement.

The Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor requested that professional fields absorb maximum comments, complete documents to sign and promulgate officially, and guide implementation throughout the system.

Mr. Linh requested the Executive Committee members to "innovate" in their thinking and working methods to successfully implement the targets of developing union members from the beginning of the year.

The implementation of programs and plans at affiliated trade unions must ensure the motto "clear work - clear people - clear time - clear results", avoiding formal and delayed.

Each member must promote his core role and personal responsibility, directly direct and inspect the implementation at the unit under his/her regular assignment.

The solidarity and determination to innovate of the Executive Committee of the first term will create a strong driving force for the activities of the Provincial Trade Union to develop firmly in 2026.
