The leaders of Yen Bai Vocational College shared: In vocational training institutions, trade unions play an important role in participating in managing and caring for the lives of cadres, teachers and workers.

Emulation movements are widely deployed, closely linked to professional tasks, attracting a large number of union members to participate. Thereby, many initiatives and solutions to innovate teaching methods, improve techniques, compile programs and textbooks have been researched and effectively applied.

Scientific research activities, writing experience initiatives, organizing "Excellent Teacher" contests are increasingly in-depth, contributing to improving the quality of management, teaching and teaching services in schools.

The Politburo's issuance of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation has created a strong change in awareness and action in the entire political system.

The Resolution is not only a strategic orientation but also a call for intellectuals, teachers, and workers, including union members at vocational training institutions, to actively participate in scientific research, apply new technology, and digital transformation to serve socio-economic development.

Understanding the spirit of the Resolution, the school has urgently developed a program and goal of developing high-quality human resources, promoting scientific research associated with training.

During this process, the union has clearly promoted its role as a companion, pioneer, and encouragement for union members who are civil servants and teachers to take the lead in applying science - technology, digital transformation to teaching and training management," the school's leaders emphasized.

Key emulation movements, especially the "Good workers, creative workers" movement, continue to be innovated in content and form, arousing the spirit of learning, researching, and giving advice among union members and workers.

Many initiatives and solutions applying digital technology in school management, training organization, and assessment of learning outcomes have brought practical results, contributing to improving labor productivity and work quality.
