HCMC - Promoting digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence is one of the key tasks of Chau Pha Commune Labor Union in 2026.
On January 11, Chau Pha Commune Trade Union said that in 2025, the unit had many important milestones in the workers' movement and trade union activities in the management area.
In the context of the newly established commune-level trade union model, assigned to manage 30 grassroots trade unions, with more than 4,700 union members, Chau Pha Commune Trade Union has made efforts to overcome difficulties, proactively innovate, and gradually affirmed its role as a reliable support for union members and workers.
Hundreds of Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, scholarships, support for female workers in difficulty, the "Union Meal" program... with a total budget of hundreds of millions of VND have been implemented promptly and to the right target. Not only providing material support but also spreading the warmth and sharing of the Trade Union organization.
During its operation, the unit has effectively operated the Fanpage, Zalo group, and Youtube channel of Chau Pha Commune Trade Union, becoming an official information channel, close to union members. In particular, the development and issuance of free courses " application of AI in union work" and "AI virtual assistant ministry for office work, legal consulting" are creative highlights, helping to reduce about 30% of work processing time and increase access to union members.
In 2026, Chau Pha Commune Trade Union identified key orientations for implementing activities such as: Taking union members and workers as the center in all activities of caring for, representing and protecting rights; Strongly innovating methods of operation, increasing practicality, focusing on the grassroots; Improving the quality of the Trade Union staff. In particular, continue to strengthen digital transformation, apply AI in managing union members, propagating and supporting grassroots unions in the area.
