In Quang Tri, the Health Sector Trade Union with 3,702 union members is making efforts to protect the rights and improve the lives of workers.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tuyet - Chairwoman of the Quang Tri Provincial Health Trade Union, the Trade Union always sticks close to the grassroots, promptly reflects the thoughts and aspirations of union members. In Ha Tinh, the Health Sector Trade Union with more than 2,600 union members is actively organizing activities to care for life and launch emulation movements.
In 2024, the Industry Union presented 26 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, organized humanitarian blood donation activities, examined union members' health and supported the construction of gratitude houses. The industry trade union also launched emulation movements "Good workers", "Innovation in style and service attitude towards patient satisfaction", creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging health workers to promote a sense of responsibility and creativity.
In Thanh Hoa, the Health Sector Trade Union has 95 grassroots unions with more than 16,800 union members. In 2024, the Union has implemented many social security programs such as visiting and giving gifts to 3,672 union members in difficult circumstances, supporting the construction of "Union Shelter".
The development of union members and establishment of grassroots trade unions is focused with 627 new union members to join the organization, exceeding the set targets. With outstanding contributions, the Thanh Hoa Health Trade Union has been awarded the emulation flag by the provincial Labor Flag. The whole industry has 10 individuals received by the creative labor of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and many typical models are replicated.
