Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union announces decision on organization

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the DKVN Trade Union issued Decision No. 51 dated February 24, 2025 on the establishment of departments and offices of the DKVN Trade Union Agency, including 3 Departments: Office, Organization - Inspection Department, Professional Department.

In particular, the Office has the function of advising and assisting the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the DKVN College in the organization to implement the office and financial work; The Organizing Committee - Inspection has the function of advising and assisting the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee of the DKVN College in the organization in implementing the organization and inspection and supervision; The professional committee has the function of advising and assisting the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the DKVN College in the organization in the implementation of the field of propaganda, female workers, legal policies and labor relations.

The decision takes effect from March 1, 2025.

At the same time, the Standing Committee of the DKVN College has issued decisions to appoint the Head of the Board, the Chief of Office after arranging and streamlining the apparatus, specifically: Appointing Mr. Do Thai Ha as the Chief of Office; Comrade Luong Thi Hong Nhung held the position of Head of the Professional Department; Comrade Nguyen Van Ta held the position of Head of Organization - Inspection.

The Standing Committee of the DKVN College has also issued decisions to appoint Deputy Head, Deputy Chief of Office after arranging and streamlining the apparatus, specifically: Appointing Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office and Chief Accountant; Mr. Nguyen Van Sy held the position of Deputy Head of the Professional Department; Mr. Le Tien Son held the position of Deputy Head of the Professional Department; Mr. Phung Thi Phuong held the position of Deputy Head of Organization - Inspection Committee; Comrade Vo Trung Kien held the position of Deputy Chief of Office. Appointment decisions take effect from 1.3.2025.

Mr. Nghiem Thuy Lan - Chairman of DKVN College - stated that the arrangement and streamlining the organizational structure to operate effectively, the officials mobilized and appointed should continue to promote the sense of responsibility, capacity, qualifications, efforts to well perform the assigned tasks, solidarity and unity, contributing to building a strong collective of DKVN agencies.
