Police promptly found the property lost to Lao tourists
Quang Tri - Cam Lo Commune Police quickly verified, found and handed over all the lost assets to the Lao tourist.
On January 5, Cam Lo Commune Police (Quang Tri Provincial Police) said that they had just promptly found and handed over all assets to Mr. Bounna Phanthavilay (born in 1986, residing in Vientiane, Laos) who was lost while traveling along National Highway 9.
Previously, at around 6:00 p.m. on January 2, Cam Lo Commune Police received a report from Mr. Bounna Phanthavilay about the loss of cash, personal property and identification documents. Immediately after receiving the information, the Commune Police force promptly reviewed the related locations, compared the information and contacted the facilities along the route.
After just over 1 hour of verification, at around 7pm, Cam Lo Commune Police had found all the lost assets, with a total estimated value of about 86 million VND, and proceeded to hand them over to tourists in accordance with regulations.
The responsible and dedicated actions of the officers and soldiers of Cam Lo Commune Police not only help tourists feel secure in continuing their journey, but also contribute to spreading the image of a safe and friendly locality, affirming the effectiveness of the "Three First" emulation movement in grassroots work practice.
