The Ministry of Public Security presented 1.5 billion VND in support to 30 households in Lam Dong flooded area
Lam Dong - 30 households in flooded areas whose houses collapsed due to floods have been supported by the Ministry of Public Security with 50 million VND per household to build new houses and soon stabilize their lives.
On January 2, Lam Dong Provincial Police said that, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the unit has just organized a gift-giving program from the Ministry of Public Security to households severely affected by natural disasters in the province on the occasion of the New Year 2026.
On this occasion, the leaders of Lam Dong Provincial Police presented gifts from the Ministry of Public Security to the family of Ms. Do Thi Bich Phuong, residing in D'ran commune. The gift to support Ms. Phuong's family on the occasion of the inauguration of the new house is worth 50 million VND.
Ms. Phuong's family is the first of 30 households affected by natural disasters to receive gifts from the Minister of Public Security. The remaining gifts will be given to households by Lam Dong Provincial Police in the coming time.

With 30 gifts, worth a total of 1.5 billion VND, the support of the Ministry of Public Security shows deep concern and is a practical source of encouragement to help families overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
Within the framework of implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign" in Lam Dong province, the Ministry of Public Security has supported each family whose house collapsed due to floods with 50 million VND; thereby raising the total support for building new houses for each household in Lam Dong to at least 170 million VND/house.

To ensure construction progress, the leaders of Lam Dong Provincial Police have assigned specific tasks to each professional unit, coordinated with the commune police force to contribute human resources, working days, support the transportation of materials, and at the same time supervised and urged construction units to speed up the progress.

These are houses that Military Region 7 deployed to build during the "Quang Trung Campaign", supporting local people affected by floods in November.
Of the 4 houses just handed over, Division 5 (Military Region 7) coordinated with Tay Nam Company to build 2 houses for the family of Mr. Mai Ngoc Hiep and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Duy, with a total cost of more than 900 million VND (450 million VND/house).
The remaining two houses were built by Brigade 25 (Military Region 7) in coordination with Dong Hai Company for the family of Ms. Dang Thi Be and Mr. Nguyen Van Nghia, with a total cost of nearly 920 million VND (460 million VND/house).

According to the leader of Lam Dong province, all 84 houses that need to be repaired have been completed; 41 houses that need to be rebuilt have been started, of which 15 have been handed over to the people before the New Year.
The remaining houses are being urgently completed, striving to be completed before January 15, 2026, so that people can celebrate the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026 in new shelters.
