Huegatex trains on the 2024 Social Insurance and Health Insurance Law for officials and workers
HUE - Huegatex trains on the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance 2024, helping workers understand the new regulations and ensure their rights.
On August 9, the leader of the Trade Union of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company (Huegatex) said that the company had just organized a training conference on the Law on Social Insurance 2024 and the Law on Health Insurance 2024 for union officials, the Department of Labor - Salary and staff handling labor regimes.
These two laws take effect from July 1, 2025 with many new points that need to be disseminated to ensure the rights of cadres and employees.
It is known that Huegatex currently has more than 4,000 workers. From 2023 to present, the company has not had any unpaid wages or late payment of Social Insurance; 100% of employees have indefinite-term contracts and are fully covered by insurance according to regulations.
Average income increased from 9.4 million VND/month (2023) to more than 10.8 million VND/month in the first 6 months of 2025.
In addition to on-time salary, employees also receive diligence bonuses, 13th month salary, holiday bonuses, Tet bonuses and allowances according to the nature of the work.
