Da Nang - Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union disseminated legal knowledge to nearly 100 grassroots trade union officials.
On December 6, the Lien Chieu Ward Labor Union coordinated with the Da Nang City Employment Service Center to organize a conference to disseminate unemployment insurance policies according to the Employment Law No. 74/2025/QH15 to nearly 100 grassroots union officials managed by the Ward Labor Union.
Accordingly, the attendees were propagated and disseminated by the reporter of the City Employment Service Center the basic contents of the Law on Employment No. 74/2025/QH15 such as: participants, benefits, contribution rate - benefit level, dossier settlement process and new points of the 2025 Law on Employment...
At the conference, many questions and concerns of delegates were consulted and answered promptly by the reporter.
On this occasion, delegates were also consulted by the City Employment Service Center, supported in vocational training for unemployed workers in the ward at vocational schools and vocational training centers affiliated by the Center and guided to submit documents on the National Public Service Portal.
The Law on Employment No. 74/2025/QH15 was passed by the 15th National Assembly on June 16, 2025, consisting of 08 chapters and 55 Articles, effective from January 1, 2026.
