Database on cadres, civil servants and regulations to ensure data safety and security

In which, regulations on ensuring the safety and security of data about cadres, civil servants, and public employees are based on Article 25.

Article 25. Ensuring the safety and security of data on cadres, civil servants, and public employees

1. Implement data encryption and decryption solutions in accordance with the provisions of law on protection of state secrets and law on cryptography when storing and transmitting information and state secret data.

2. Implement solutions to control access, inspect, check, and assess information and data security and safety for national databases and information systems managing cadres, civil servants, and public employees in accordance with the law on network safety and security.

3. Implement backup solutions, periodic data backup, recovery solutions, ensuring data safety and integrity and ensuring continuous operation when unsafe incidents occur.

In addition, regulations on ensuring security and safety of transmission infrastructure are based on Article 24.

Article 24. Ensuring security and safety of transmission infrastructure

Use specialized data transmission networks in Party and State agencies as infrastructure for transmission, connection, and data sharing between the National Database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees and information systems managing cadres, civil servants, and public employees; other related databases and information systems to strengthen the security and safety of data for the national database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
