On January 14, the Trade Union of Freewell Company Limited (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu Commune, Dong Nai Province) said it is implementing a plan to organize the Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng 2026 program.
According to Mr. Le Mong Hoang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Freewell Company Limited, the program will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on January 25 at the FVA factory - Freewell Company Limited.
Participating in the program, workers will enjoy many musical performances praising their homeland, country, and spring. At the same time, watch the lion - monkey - dragon performance to bustle the Tet atmosphere. This is also a space for workers to exchange and gather warmly before the New Year.
In addition, workers participated in the early spring lucky draw program with many attractive gifts such as motorbikes, water bottles, electric rice cookers, etc.
Notably, at the program, the organizing committee will give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances. "This is one of the activities to take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during the 2026 Lunar New Year. At the program, the Freewell Company Limited Trade Union will give 20 gifts (each worth 1 million VND in cash and gifts worth 500,000 VND) and the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor will give 706 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances" - Mr. Le Mong Hoang said.
According to records, Freewell Company Limited is one of the enterprises with the largest number of workers in Binh Phuoc province. Recently, the enterprise announced Tet bonuses for employees. This year, the Tet bonus is calculated based on the seniority of the employee. Most employees are rewarded with 1-1.2 months of basic salary, in case of long-term employment, they are rewarded with 3 months of basic salary.
The company also officially increased the basic salary for employees, compared to before, the salary was adjusted to increase by 320,000 VND/month.
